Express Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Testing

DECATUR, IL- The Macon County Health Department (MCHD) will begin offering Express STI Testing on July 1st, providing quick, convenient, and affordable sexual health screening services to the community.


This walk-in service requires no appointment and includes simple urine testing for both Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. Patients can expect a fast visit, easy specimen collection, and confidential service from trained healthcare professionals.


Express STI testing details:

  • Walk-in service; no appointment required
  • Must be 12 years or older
  • Urine sample collection
  • Testing for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia
  • Results available in 5-7 days
  • Quick and convenient process
  • Cost: $10
